I am reluctantly offering my Plymouth Sport Satellite for sale. It is a rare find. I have never seen another one for sale. This particular one is a factory field car driven and ordered by a Plymouth exec. It states field car on the original window sticker which I do have. This car is uncut, sporting all of it's original body panels. It was ordered with a 383HP, 4 speed Pistol Grip and Air Conditioning, all matching. The rear is a 489 case open 3:23. It has a bucket seat interior less console. The top looks to have been replaced at some point. The car is an original B5 blue that was repainted once long ago, around 2002. Paint is driver quality at best. The heater/AC box was rebuilt by Glen-ray Radiators. I don't believe the engine has ever been removed from the chassis. It runs very well, no knocks or smoke. The original carb is gone, replaced with an Edelbrock. It still has points ignition. New flowmaster exhaust system. The AC is complete but doesn't function. The heater hoses are bypassed and have not been reconnected since the rebuild heater box was installed. I recently installed a new ignition switch, a nice "Wheel skins" leather steering wheel cover, rebuilt the clutch "Z" bar, backup light switch and a few other small items. It has an in-dash tach which was added. The interior is very nice. It looks to have a dash cover in place but looks original. The original hood has been replaced with a RR hood.
The upper and lower control arm bushings are shot and require replacement.
This car spent the majority of it's life in California. I have considerable documentation verifying its existence. I have the original window sticker, build sheet, and registrations dating back to the early 90"s. Road Runners and other B bodies are plentiful and are "a dime a dozen" 1970 Plymouth Sport Satellite's are non existent. It has the right options, docs and history. Price $39500.00
Check out my 1974 Plymouth Duster with 12600 miles, original paint, factory sunroof on forabodiesonly. It's a time capsule.
