Hello, we have a 1970 Road Runner and thinking about taking it to a shop in the Bay Area California area to have it looked over and tuned up (carb tune up etc..) We did a lot of work on it ourselves and just want to have an expert check it out and make sure it is up to snuff and tune it up a bit if need be. Any suggestions on where I can take it?

Thanks in advance!

but open to anywhere that has a good reputation with knowledgeable people about Mopars to work on it without costing a small fortune.

When labor rates are pushin $100+ @ hour, may be worse in the bay area, all I can say is good luck with that. They're plenty of folks in the hood here on the board that I'm sure would love to help you out. I just don't trust shops anymore, sorry.

Not Mopar exclusive, but my Shop is Valaya Racing in San Jose. Ted May. Downtown. Near the SAP. 87 exit at Julian. Viper specialist and track support for Miata at Laguna Seca.

I would trust Dennis H with my ride!
Make the trip to San Jose.

I'd like to find someone also to bring the '66 hemi up from a post build/dyno to install validation and tune. The motor will be installed into the car and everything bolted on, need it dialed in. Rates in the Valley are $110-125/hr with wait times from what I'm getting quoted.
