My wife's friend sent her these pics. I know nothing about it other than I have never seen one or anything like it.

is it a liquor bottle?

Looks like it. Tax stamp strip across the cap.Had to look at it awhile to see what it was.

I have that same decanter. Bought it in the mid 80's from a display at a bar.

I have never seen one in all my many swap runs, very cool.

Have one somewhere, seems they were expensive even back then.

Also came in red, blue, and green if I remember correctly. Yellow most common followed by purple. The others are more limited.

I can't say I've ever seen one of them either
Looks cool I'd keep that one...
I use to have a bunch of old liquor decanters from the
40's, 50's, 60's, 70's & a few oddballs, statues, dogs, dolls, a gun etc.
mostly got them from my Granddad

I showed him one I had got at a flea market,
he bought or gave me a bunch of them after that...
Reluctant collector, so to speak...
Mostly a PITA dust collectors on a shelf...

I had a Buddy that was a big wig sales rep from
Southern Wine & Spirits that gave me a few too...

I gave them all to my Nephew, he liked them when I was moving
along with my booze & beer branded, Neon signs & pool table lights
I use to get them free from a few different liquor stores,
when I delivered Ice as a youth, they got them free for advert....
