1970 Plymouth Satellite Stolen in Burnsville MN

My 1970 Satellite was illegally removed from a rented garage in Burnsville MN. The women responsible is facing Conversion charges and has opened herself up to a civil lawsuit. I just want my car back. It is a Plain Satellite , mist green, column shift, A/C and tinted glass. The front seat has been removed along with the hood engine and transmission. Pretty rust free with the exception of the trunk. The best I can figure out was that it was removed in January at some point. I had already restored the 8 3/4 rear end and added new springs and KYB shocks. If you have any information regarding the location of the car please contact me here or the Burnsville MN Police Department. I still have a lien on the car and it is part of my business Moparrestorationparts.com. Thanks

sorry hear that,I would watch craigslist to see if its being parted out. Ive been down that road and never got my car back.
 
Do you suspect the person you filed a lien on it against took it?
 
What do you mean by "rented garage"? A multi-storage unit business, a workshop, someones garage at home?

I was really hoping that the person who has it was not fully aware that it was given away by someone that did not have those legal rights. You are probably right though, I doubt I get it back.

No, it was just a nut case women who I found out is a Jehovah's Witness and had no business or legal right to do what she did. I think she was paid but the police are not pursuing any questions or attempting to locate the car, if she is telling the truth her phone records would be a good place to start as she has said she received calls about the car. which also leads me to believe that she made some other parties aware of it's location. because no-one would have had a reason to call her regarding my property being stored in another owners garage stall. She had to open the garage door from the inside as only I had the outside opener.

It was being stored in an a set of garages that belong to elderly people most of whom don't own a car and had these empty spaces that they rented. It was only to My buddy and myself and there was literally 10 to 15 of these units that are empty and there is nothing in them. This women had her garage unit 4 stalls down and she walked past my car due to the condos access to the garages. She is a real nut case and has no remorse.
 
"No Remorse" is now what we call the sociopath of our family, so this "woman" could very well have the same perverted personality.
 
It really is unfathomable when you hear her reasoning. I get so angry because of the blatant stupidity of this women who openly confesses what she did but will not provide her phone records and can't even remember what the person or persons looked like when the came for the car. She has told me and I quote "sorry for your Inconvenience" It was all I could do to compose myself as she spoke to me over the phone. I am also disappointed in the Burnsville Police department as they have not set foot at the facility or have spoken to this women in Person they spoke to her over the phone and she told them to arrest her....man I am starting to hulk out......
 
FOUND, my car was found about 40 miles away as it was being sold to a fellow enthusiast that informed the yard it was in, that he say my Graig's list posting it as stolen

I pick it up on Thursday and adding insult to injury I have to pay a storage fee to the yard to get it back. Not fun to be a victim, the justice system is set up to defend the rights of criminals and the victims are lost in the shuffle....guess lawyers can't make any money that way.

Still happy to have located the car, I did buy a 70 Satellite Convertible to replace it already so more decisions to make but the good kind...lol
Thanks all for your concern and efforts to find my car, I would not wish this on any of my fellow enthusiasts.

I have yet to check it out, I pick it up on Thursday so that will be the day to see, I am almost afraid to look, lol

I will do that and post some pictures of my new girl friend to...hope the old one won't get to jealous now that she is coming home...haha
