Hello all...I recently posted a thread about how to inspect classic Mopars. I have since begun to look into some examples, however many are quite far from my home. Is there a reputable Classic Car Inspection Service (Not an appraiser) to do a PPI on classic Mopars ??

Thanks !!!

Your best bet is find a member in the same area . Some Jerk off that knows nothing about mopars will say he knows takes your money and you get shafted .

I used a company called lemon squad. They aren’t Mopar specific but they did a pretty good job inspecting and documenting any issues with my car before I purchased it. I was happy with their service and I believe they’re nationwide.

My last three cars came from Florida, Georgia & Colorado & I took the time & paid the expense to fly out and inspect them them myself. I know what I'm looking at with these old beaters and to me, it was worth the time & expense for my peace of mind.

However, if you can't do that, check in with "The Rebel". The guy he had inspect his car did a very good job.

Hey, Dickie, you could start a side job doing inspections. Bonus, you get to meet the strangest people. I mean, the best people in the country. :)

Do NOT use WEGOLOOK they don't know Mopars.

That is correct. They're located in MI. Jason Phillips owner of the company did it. Total price was $840 - Includes In-depth 2-3 hour inspection, 100+ photos (includes underbody), filler / Bondo / previous poor repairs, detailed report, and test drive. You can also add in #'s Matching Verification as well. Here's his ad in Hemmings.

Also below is the transport company I used. really great guys. I had it shipped in a 30' enclosed trailer. Transportation & tip came to $1,700.

I have Haggerty Insurance, so make sure before the car is picked up you have it covered in case anything happens while it's in transit to you.

Thanks a lot, I appreciate all the info !!!

$840 WOW...........you can do a lot of traveling for that kind of money. Most of us can see a Mopar and in the first 3 minutes tell weather is good or not.
I agree with RC....go look at it yourself.
