Well I finally sprang for it and picked up my first car and mopar a 67 Plymouth Belvedere factory 383 4 speed car used to be my dads car before it was parted out about 20 years ago she’s rough but will make a good car when she’s running soon enough

Hi!
Hmm, Kentucky hey?
"GOD'S COUNTRY"

Great find!
A 440 with a 4-speed is the way I'd go!
A nice 750-800 CFM Edelbrock on top with a set of TTI headers!
OR: Find yourself a set of the "one year only" 67 GTX/Coronet RT Factory Exhaust manifolds (Tony's Mopar Parts)
Cool car, great story with the car being your Dad's!
It's a KEEPER!
"It JUST doesn't get any better than that in my Book"
Keep us posted please?

PS: I have many cars, one is a 67 GTX project that I sold last year
The guy gave me 1/2 the Funds, I still have the car....

I’m around the breck county area

Also I’m hunting all the GTX parts down if anyone’s got any

Well Plans have slightly temporarily changed while I don’t have time due to school or a place to work on the 440 a 400 and a 727 out of a motor home will be put in the car temporarily while I try to get an A-833 and my 440 built after I install the rear end

Well it’s been a while since I uploaded been a little busy in life but the car is home and sitting in my garage we’ve got the whole interior for it been cleaning the floors getting it all prepped for primer the 440 Parts have been coming in currently just waiting to hear back from the machine shop on the condition of my crank after the first one had cracked Journals I’ll try to get back around posting more updates as stuff happens

Awesome car, that is the one car I am still kind of looking for. I had a 67 Satellite 383 4 spd I bought from a Chevy dealer for $150 back in 77; loved the car but ended up inadvertently destroying it (long story), I then had the opportunity to buy a 67 GTX 440 4spd in 78 at Ft Leonard wood Mo for $300 but could afford to buy the car and drive it home (ND). I've had many Mopars since but never again one of those. If I had a chance, I would probably buy one, but it would have to be a 4spd car.

When I started hunting for cars one of the things I wanted was either a floor shifter auto to convert it to a 4 speed or a 4 speed luckily I ended up hearing this one came back around and knew people that knew it well
