Assembly lube preferences?

Im building a 440 for my '71 charger and its the first time ive actually built an engine. I was just wondering what do you guys perfer for assembly lube?

I've used the Lucas stuff that's listed above on the last two engines I put together. As long as you use some type of assembly lube and use it liberally you will be fine.
 
I like Clevite bearing guard for bearings and friction surfaces and Ackerly and Childs for pistons,pins and cylinder walls. Both are available from Competition Products.
 
Friend liked quart of straight 30wt and a can of STP mixed. Kind of dated now.
 
STP is the racers edge
it actually gets into and bonds with the metal
ever try and wash it off?
good for when you are not going to fire up for awhile or add some when going to store like overwinter it won't run off like mouse-milk
 
I’ve used the Sta-Lube moly-graphite one and it seems to do a great job of staying where you put it.
 
I use Clevite Bearing Guard on the bearings and wrist pins. For the piston rings and skirts, I use a light coat of 10w30 oil, light being the key word.
