Mopar experts

Moparfest in August, and probably a bunch of Pro's, judging by the cars I've seen from that area...

are their any mopar shows or experts in southern Ontario Canada.
basically my car is from the Irving plant and cannot be decoded, it was made for export to Canada, looking for info on the Irving plant and possibly this car

Very blurry. It looks like a 1973 charger with a 400 two barrel and auto, built at the lynch rd. Plant, and today is it's birthday. At risk of being ridiculed, I have never heard of the irving plant.

Thanks for the reply.when I run the tag it comes up with two different engines, E63 is a 383 but the M in theM3A states the 400. the car is in original cond, and has lots of original options, maybe one of a kind, tring to find out the facts. regards
Phil

E63 is the code for 383 in 1969 and 1970, then changed to E65 in 1971. E63 became 400 two barrel in 1971. That is the info. that I have. In any case the 383 did not exist in1973.
