Headers from JL Fabrication

Isn't 1 5/8" kind of small on the primaries?

the 1 5/8 will help your torque below 4000 RPM, where a street motor is usually driven

Fyi
Might read the product details, those arent made by JL Fab...but CCR Products...cant find any info on them other than through JL.
Sometimes these ebay companies list stuff like its made at their shop in the good ol USA but they are just importers

If you look at the list of compatable cars, those 383/440 headers fit v6s and small blocks too! They must be REALLY adjustable!
I wouldn't touch those with an eleven foot pole, they don't even know wtf they fit!

No reference to the steel gauge used for the tubes. Very strange...

I would agree that 2" primaries are too big for most 440's.

That said, 1 5/8" is way too small

Those are big block headers in the picture. The application chart is all messed up, but it appears to list B/E body cars in the lower half of the add, which would be correct for interchanging. I personally don't think 1-5/8" primaries are too small unless you have a huge cam & rev your motor to 6500+ rpm. If you like them, why not call them & ask a few questions?
