Five hours and a bottle of Advil later, the grill is done.

I prefer Tequila. But it doesn't do much for arthritis. Other than I forget about it till the next day!

Started with an assortment of hardwood dowels and small hammers. Don't try to remove dents with one big hit. Take your time with light taps until it's close. Use fine bastard files to smooth the worked area. Finish with 600 sand paper. Work your way up to 800, 1000, 1500 and finish with 2000. Use lots of water! Finish with several light costs of Nason clear with hardner.

This is what the car looked like when I bought it years ago. I Dustless blasted the complete car and etch primered. Set like that for a few more years. I spent hours and hours removing/repairing the PO'ers handy work!!!!! Trying to work on my own projects while building customers cars is a long and hard process. Finally I got back on it several months ago. Hopefully I'll have it done in a month or so.

Is that an original Streetwedge car? I have had mine since 1980 and have never seen another 65 Belvedere 1 426 4 speed car. It used to be my daily driver but has been off the road for more than 25 years. I hope to get started on it this year

Not an original Street Wedge car. Originally a 42000 mile, V8 w/ column shift auto car from New Mexico. I changed it to a big block 4-sp.

Got the trunk painted, rear wiring harness installed and new plugs.
Finished building new front/engine wiring harness.
Hoping to get the engine and trans in next week.
Anyone have first-hand knowledge of AAR/Stinger fiberglass front/rear bumpers?
