Hey there. Any chance you can post up a description and clear photographs or diagrams showing which way the strut rod bushings face, on either side of the K frame hole, the steel tube that goes inside them, and the direction the steel cups go on them? There are many different answers out there and the FSM does not really say and the picture is so small. I want to get it right on my 1967 Coronet. Thank you! Ghost.

They don’t sit in there how you’d think. I was stuck on it for a while when I didn’t mine

These are what I have. So according to the picture, the wide ends go towards each other with the frame between them, the sleeve inside them, the cups are positioned with the outer one cupping the bushing and the inner one with the curved outside surface of the cup facing the bushing. Right? And why don't my struts have a cotter pin hole in them? The sleeves went on but I had to hammer them into place.

What brand are those? I blew one out and bought the moog ones and it didnt come with washers

I have two 67 R/Ts that have never been apart, one until I took it apart, cup washers do just that. They cup the bushing. These are original nut and washers that were replated. No roll pin on 67 either.
