Going to look at this AMC Ambassador tomorrow, what do you guys think?

Looks like it's well maintained by the pix. Just a little rust poking through in a few spots. Aftermarket parts are hard to find, but are there. Good luck, and look it over real good

Now THAT'S something that's worthwhile ! A car you rarely see, if at all, and a nice 2-door for entry level money !

 hope it works out for you.

Nice cars. Did the Ambassadors also have that weird trunnion front suspension?
I bet so. I saw for the '68 Ambassador Front-wheel alignment was made easier with and with greater accuracy by moving the camber adjustment from the upper to the lower control arm on the double wishbone suspension, and the caster angle adjustments also moved from the upper control arm to the drag strut.inte

Something about the C pillar the way intersects with the fenders reminds me of 2nd gen Chargers

Very cool car especially if the miles are original. White does not do it for me but liking that red interior! Good luck!

Yet another confirmation that AMC built some damn ugly cars.

Since your in Colorado, does the 4-grand include a kilo of dispensary products?

I like the styling of AMC cars of that era, that would make a fine and comfy cruiser and would certainly be unique. At that price I don't see how you could lose.
