Well LAZY me put tire that went flat and checked for leaks 10 days ago back on car. Bagged reverse pattern manual shift valve body.
Had a couple of guys price repaving my driveway. Part of driveway where garage for my mopars is crushed stone. So I want that paved finally. Ouch ouch $14,500 driveway is 235 feet long.Ouch ouch it hurts but needs to be done.

Looked at it sitting there in the garage and wondered why it hasn't sold yet.

Cleaned the lbs of grease and paint off the torsion bars and sanded them smooth. Ready for new paint and a new green mark. Need to do some file work on the LCA receiver sockets for the bars, a little banged up along the edges.

Put new wheels on, then washed it!
Had the machine shop customize the ET on the 10" rim so the 275 would fit right. Think it worked out!

I took out the driver taillight on my 65 Coronet 500 to put in one of the reverse light lenses I picked up. Part of the broken lense split some more as I took it out. Found out that the lenses I picked up are NOT for the 500 tail light assembly. So if anyone has any spare lenses they'd like to sell please pm me. It has SAE R 65 WP in the middle of the top. and I believe it has prestolite at the top right.
I bought a paint gasket set from Detroit Muscle Tech but I didn't realize that it didn't have the main rubber gasket that goes between the body and the taillight assembly, so I need the get a set of those ordered too.
Planning to take the rest of the housing apart, clean it up while looking for a lense.

<-- I need 1 or 2 of this style that has 2 holes for screws in them.

this is one of the ones I bought last year but they obviously are not for the 500. They have a 65w on them, not sure if they fit the non-500 taillights or maybe the w stands for wagon?

...brought the 727 back from the rebuilder yesterday, after the busted rear band incident (rear support had some galling so that got replaced too)..a TF-2 reprogram and full rebuild was done among other things. Wrestled it back in today and got mostly everything hooked back up, just need to bolt the exhaust back together and install the new hayden trans cooler I bought and we'll be back rolling!

Took the dash cluster out to put a new speedo and Tic-Toc-Tach in and refurbish the other gauges.

Took a couple of guys for their first rides in a Hemi car. They were impressed even though we didn't get into 4th gear - ran out of road in 3rd gear.

The custom fit Taylor 8mm wires I installed during the resto were too long; they bugged me for the past two years so I finally re-sized and loomed 'em. The hose that's wrapped around the air cleaner is for the Classic Air a/c. I'm figuring how to install them without draping across the top of the engine.
