1969 coronet 440. Can the headliner be installed with glass already in it? Would love to drive my car this summer but no glass in right now. Thanks.

Just finished installing mine. I think it would be possible to install a headliner, with the glass in place. But very awkward. Especially in the back. If your glass is out now, i recomend taking advantage of the timing.

On a side note- you'll need a boatload of good clamps, to temp hold it in place with some tension. Don't waste your money on cheap weak clamps. They pop off.I found these at homer depot for a buck each !

Have done it before. Starting in the back center after installing all bows. Go to front center. Then work towards sides.
