Can't decide on a paint color for my 69 charger, Help me out please.

House of Kolor KBC09 Organic Green. No metallic base coat required with gold accents and candy appearance. Amazing in the sun. Given the cost of some OE paints, the HOK is reasonably priced. They have a nice line in the single step candys in other colors if green isn't your thing. Just thinking outside the box. Car in the picture isn't mine, just the right color...

T5 and T7 are a bitch to paint well. In my experience doesn't cover well. Just my .02.

there is no way to tell for sure, it was already stripped and repainted in the late 90s once already and the sheet and fender tag are long gone, all I have to go off of is the dash vin

Yes, please do not paint it a High Impact color...those colors just look silly on any pre 1970 Mopar. Orange will make it look like the General Lee...not good. I would personally pick a factory '69 color. I think Q4 or Q5 turquoise would be sweet and you don't see those colors very often. Maybe Bahama Yellow or a Gold would look nice too.

They look good in Red too. Tor Red on my buddies 69. Black top and interior too. I really like that House of Kolor KBC09 Organic Green Charger posted by tmaleck too.

Silver is my second fav on those...

My buddy also has a 69 black w/white vinyl top and interior. I don’t have a pic of it. He found it several years ago in a barn and had it cleaned up and running for a couple years. It was it a magazine a few years ago in its monthly barn find highlight.

Burnt orange is a good choice, silver looks good on Chargers too. My friend had a dark Metallic Green '68 R/T - loved that car.

Yes, I love burnt orange on Chargers but do not like vinyl rot your roof out tops. Mine is Mango Pearl but also really like silver, charcoal and most grey or silver shades.
