Due to my limitations, I have decided to sell one of my Mopars

I hate to sell one of my builds that I have been most proud of. Some of you have followed this build over the past several years. Much information posted on this site and " 1962 to 1965 moparornocar" website which featured this car in April of 2017 and was their April 2018 calendar car. I have it listed with Minneapolis and Eau Claire, Wi. Caigslist as the above link shows. This is one of the nicest and quietest ( on the inside) cars in it's class. Very fun to drive. Several list members have seen it. I first priced it at $24.000 on " Cars on line" about 3 weeks ago. Now at $19,900 obo. Nostalgic Dodge 440 2 door hardtop. 6 year project. Everything is new or rebuilt. Car now sits level with new leaf springs. Air box is now painted wrinkle black and air ducting is 4" Spectre flexible black, intended for this purpose. Engine is 440, but I have the 413. This car has been done right by the owner. Nothing cobbled. Multiple trophy winner. Just won ( July 14, 2018) first place pre 1988 trophy. Feature car April 2017. Calendar car April 2018. Runs and drives VERY well. Smooth and quiet inside. Dependable for long drives. Comes with stock, painted, ready to bolt on hood. Vinyl lettering can be removed. Easy to change hood scoop to a Mopar style. Includes spare 4 speed and 3:55 sure grip differential. Now 3:23 ratio sure grip. Many other parts. E-mail for extensive list of parts and work done, and pictures you want to see. I have seen the car in person several times and it is exactly as Steve says it is. I wish i had some cash laying around right now but with crop prices tanking i have to sit this one out

I sent you back a PM answering your questions. Briefly, it was factory red with white top which at some time been painted with black simulated vinyl roof. Poly 318 with column shift 3 speed. I do have the fender tag. The air cleaner (box) would need to be changed to put the stock hood on it. That hood is painted red to match the car, ready to bolt on. It would be easy to change the Thunderbolt hood bubble to a Mopar style scoop. The hole in the black hood should not need changed. I have the headlight buckets if the air duct was not needed. ...................Thanks.....................MO

We haven't been showing Brutus much this year. Last week end we did win first place in a car show that didn't have but 5 classes. Class "1988 and earlier".
Bad part of living so rural, can't get anyone to drive any distance to look at it. May have to dis-count it. What is it worth? ( don't say " whatever someone will pay for it" LOL ) ..............................MO
