1976 Charger factory stripes?

Are these factory stripes and hood scoops? I found a picture of this model and I don't see many later 70's models anyway, but can't recall seeing this before.

Stripe and scoops are not original. I believe the last bumble stripe was in 1970. They just look wrong on later cars. Those scoops are chain store specials.

Thanks. It's the only one I could find with stripes other than the Daytona model and I'm not a fan of those.
