It's down to a single location. Two of them just shut down in Alaska...

Before that we had Kimberly 8 with 8 Track knock offs. Huge for a short time.

I remember West Coast Video. Times have certainly changed.

I wish that they were still around. I used to love strolling through the aisles with the Wife, playing amateur movie critic while looking at the box covers.

redbox?

I think redbox is all but dead too. I used to use them but Netflix and all the streaming out there you don't need physical media anymore.

I remember when Blockbuster was offer to buy Netflix, but turned them down sighting that it was a stupid concept. Dumb mistake!

I miss that same aspect.....now it is just hitting buttons and watching trailers

I am eagerly waiting to hear back on my application for a Photomat Franchise.

redbox is still doing a LOT of business outside walmart

there's even a competitor now, with blue boxes.

My 57 300C had a Hiway HiFi record player.
My 69 Coronet RT has the original 8 track player in it.
My 98 Dakoda came with a cassette player.
My 09 Challenger came with a CD player.
My 015 Hellcat has none of those.--Just AM and FM. (I chose to not pay for satellite connection).

I bet it has USB

Tower Records.
On that note, if you guys are into documentary-type movies there was a pretty cool one made about the history of Tower Records...it was a good watch. It's called 'All Things Must Pass' and you might even be able to find it on..........Netflix!
