One of the brackets where the trunk hinge mounts to (on the side of the trunk) of my car is mostly rotted away. I’d like to replace it... i have a couple of used orignal spares that came with the car, cut out of some donor years back, but they’re not amazing, and I’d rather put new steel in...

But I cannot seem to locate any, primarily because I don’t know what seatch terms to use.

Anyone got more info for me? Or a better name for that bracket, to search for?

I have nice rust free hinge brackets both RH & LH sides. These are the brackets that attach to the inner wheel wells for 1968-70 B Body (except Charger and convertibles).

Here's what they look like. Are these what you're looking for?

EDIT: My pictures got flipped when I uploaded them so you're viewing them being upside down.

I think those are what i’m looking for, but I gotta look at mine for reference, ha. Are those out of a car, or un-used? The spares I have still have pieces of wheelhouse welded on them haha

Yes out of car. I removed them from a 1968 Dodge Coronet. PM if interested if you find out they're the ones you need.
