1968 gtx sunvisor question

Is the bezel for the sun visor painted/brushed finish or is it chrome?
The visors on my car are painted/brushed, but i also have a pair that may be original to the car. i forgot which was which. I just got new visors but would like to put the right ones on.
Does anyone know if that piece is chrome or painted/ brushed?

If you mean pivot base, my Sport Satellite is polished chrome. GTX is most likely identical.

Which end of the visors are you talking about? The end they pivot on or the end they slip into?
I can go out to the car and take a pic if you like.

The pivot is chrome. The ends they clip into are a "brushed" finish
