This Morning I was rear ended by a 2019 Dodge Ram. f*&kin jerkoff tried to convince me to tell the insurance company it was a hit and run and don't call the police. so he could go on his merry way, then this guys big mouth brother shows up in his 80 grand BMW and starts the same **** its at this point I turn on my cell phone voice recorder. He states he's a lawyer and he has filed false claims in the past he "does it ll the time, its no big deal " still trying to convince me to drop it all and file a false claim and say its a hit and run. I tell him no way and he starts getting loud, obnoxious, saying my cars a piece of ****. yada, yada, yada. It was at this point I told him I've been recorded everything you said and advised him to f*!k off. you weren't here and not involved.
Know the State troopers show up. and tell loud mouth to leave now! or your gonna be arrested, he does so The State trooper had to tell the driver involved to go stand by his vehicle several times and she was not happy with him.after all's said and done, police report in hand, the GTX is hurt as you can see in the pictures. anyone with parts please contact me thanks

4) left side quarter, don't know about the quarter yet possibly straightened. gotta go see my body man.my quarters where mint !!!
any help & advice would be appreciated . O' YA HAPPY LABOR DAY EVERYONE.

Wow....sorry that happened, but it could've been a lot worse. That lawyer needs to be dis-barred.
 
This fumes me so much I do not know where to start.........

If that prick is an actual lawyer...I would get his name and file a claim with the bar association......You have recorded proof....

Man if I had some of those parts. I would send them to you for free....

All that prick has to replace is a flipping bumper.......

I would choose the highest quality Mopar restoration shop to restore your car and put a hurt on the insurance company.....
 
sorry for your problems but this is how the world thinks today. the sad part of it the disrespect to you and the your ride. but returns to you can put the hurt on him just remember you was hit in the rear and insurance claims pay out for that. so make him pay for the disrespect.

Entitled rich pricks, truck belongs to someone with same last name according to the police report. I'm sure its daddy's .I have a friend that District attorneys office gonna run the recording by her and she what see thinks if there's anything worth pursuing.
he could of been making the whole thing up but by the looks of his 80K BMW think be might be telling the truth. we shall see

Yeah, we drive with a tight butthole, afraid some jerkoff will do just what that one did. Oh well, it's part of it I guess.
 
I think the real question here should be, was he fiddle fartin around with his phone at the time of the accident? What's N.Y.'s phone laws while driving? Sue the living **** outta him if he was! Good Luck
 
Like Justin said, do not go cheap on the repairs. Find the highest end restoration shop around and get your quote there and send the bill to the insurance company.
 
Telling you your old mopes is a piece of **** alone deserves a thorough beatdown Gestapo style. Hopefully you will get your 67 repaired quickly and to your satisfaction.
 
Also do not sign anything from their insurance company and watch what you say on the phone when speaking with their insurance company.
They will be after you to sign a release for both medical and the repair itself. The medical one is your call, The repair has to be done to your standards at the shop of your choice , the car has to be returned to pre accident condition , no discussion, no wiggle room , no BS.
Hitting you car is one thing, stuff happens, But being a dick about it after the fact is showing you what kind of folks they are.
Sorry your car got smacked.
 
that sucks , is your car oem paint ? i got hit by a 90 year old woman making a left from her parking spot on the street into my passenger side of my old 64 d100 with oem paint as i went by down the street , she pushed me across the street and on to the curb of the other side of the street and not only am i looking for the damages repaired . but a decease in value claim as well , do to the vehicle was never hit or repainted .

lawer or layer i'd say there the same . had one hit my 69 rr in the gas station one day , same thing . then he turned in a report saying i hit him . my glad you got it reported . he could have done that to you too .
