Your toes are jamming against the front of your shoe when your feet strike the ground. It's very common amongst runners. Usually upping shoe size along with ensuring your nails are trimmed will alleviate it.

Sounds like a threat to me. I like threats for internet bullies.
I don't see that as a threat. The mere fact you posted it opened the door for any and all commentary. It is an open public forum. Personally? You showing the disgusting outcome from your obsessive need to run, only shows me that you do not have the proper running shoes regardless of what you may claim and that most likely you are not running properly. Couple that with running on concrete and asphalt, only amplifies the problem. No on wants to see you FOOKED up feet and toe nails except people such as you that need to garner attention. Just delete the whole damn thing, and get to your Podiatrist fast!!! You are now a prime candidate for toe nail fungus and a whole boat load of other foot problems. Just sayin' is all...:realcrazy::realcrazy::realcrazy::realcrazy::realcrazy::realcrazy::realcrazy::realcrazy::realcrazy::usflag::usflag::usflag:cr8crshr/Tuck

You should change your name to "ToeJam"!

Jesus Chrysler. How about a ‘disturbing pictures’ warning!

I’d use a finishing nail for that.

:asskiss:My wife had hemroides like coliflower from the second kid. No pics but you all get the picture right !

Oh geez LOL. Everyone I know in my age group (I'm 67) have had hip or knee replacements and they all played sports, ran track and/or jogged for years. Screw all that crap but did play a lot of sand lot base ball and rode the wheels off my bike and still do a decent amount of riding. So far so good but my knees are starting to let me know they ain't what they used to me.....and it sure looks like you are already dealing with a fungus.
