Thinking of current “cool weather “ in the Midwest. The better-half was worrying about length of time to cool house down. Thought I knew the answer and I was right. A/C for homes/cars is good when it can take ambient(outside) temp down 20* to the interior. Hope this helps everyone. Course the guys in Arizona, etc know this stuff!

Best part is getting the humidity down...

We have had near 5" of humidity the last couple days :D

Yep living in Arizona got that down pat and I've only been here a month.

Hope this newest evaporates soon, your parade is been rained on enough in the Midwest.

Typical range is 17-20 degrees I think. Like said the important part is conditioning the air or getting the humidity out. I’ve seem it before where it’s cool in the house but still humid, tell tale sign is of your countertops are sweating. Keep filters and return vents clean!
