I ordered some parts from this place 2 weeks ago and not heard a thing. No response to emails and no one answering the phone. I couldn't find the parts anywhere else but here. Now its holding up my project. Anyone else having issues contacting this place?

Tom is a one man outfit and sometimes he gets behind. I've dealt with him for years and he has always come thru. Calling him is best at least for me. He does make all the little things that no one else does.

I appreciate the reply. I'm just worried because emails sent to him come back undeliverable, and no charge was ever put on my CC from over 2 weeks ago when the order was put in. Maybe he's on holidays. But yes, he was great to deal with on the phone and very helpful. Hopefully I'll hear something soon.

I had to keep calling until I reached him. Email was useless and he had a problem with his online ordering system at the time. He's good to talk to and is very helpful once you reach him. Parts were perfect for what I needed.

Good to know. I dealt a few times with him (overseas) and was always very pleased with his service and parts.

I finally got a hold of him yesterday. My parts are now on the way. Crisis averted. It was a miscommunication on my part that held things up.
