looking for a heater control cable for a 72 sat WITH a/c. cant seem to find it, all the ones i have found are for cars without A/C.. any suggestions??

Mine kinked real good from a stuck temp valve.

I've been thinking about cut to length piano wire.

the end of mine broke off, tried to re-bend, but keeps breaking

The Mopar part# for that application is 3431459, so you can do some google searches with that.
The repros out there are not an exact copy of the original cable but come close. Length needed is around 71”.

The water control valve is really hard to move on mine. I think if I just put on a new cable, the cable would just break again. Has anyone "reconditioned" these valves so they can move easy?

I've never heard anyone rebuilt these. There are repops and replacements but an original of yours probably be expensive

i'm good with a repop, just can seem to find any that say they fit my car

The part# I posted should be the correct cable with AC. Using the number preceded by Mopar, I get some NOS parts that are cheaper than repops.
