New shoes for the R/T. The old tires were about eight years old and the passenger side front tire was showing threads. I ordered these from Koker Tire.

Beautiful car and I love the Keystones. Are the tires bias ply or radials with the old school look?

Looks great, love the wheel choice too.

I just got a closer look at the tires and they are radials. I was going to get red lines without the white lettering, but my old tires were Cooper Cobra’s with white letters and they grew on me.

Nice looking ride, back in the 70's my buddy bought a 69 coronet R/T and it had a 68 hood, never thought I would see another one. I like the hood It looks better than the 69's I think.

As far as I know it is a 1969 hood. I have the same power bulge hood on my 1969 Super Bee, too. What would be the difference between a ‘68 and ‘69 hood?

I had plenty 69 R/T's with the power bulge, and with the fresh air package with scoops I think the bulge looks nicer on the 68 than a 69, maybe its the grille on a 68 that it matches better with.

The tires and rims are great looking, nice car. I really like the 69 Coronet the best, a close second, the 62 Polara, yes, the ugly one.
