1969-70 Road Runner doors (the door shell) are the same between hardtop and coupe, correct? I know '68 works too, but the key lock is in a different location if I remember, correctly. I have a chance to buy a 70 RR door that is off a coupe, but I need it for my 69 Bee which is a hardtop car. Any issues with it fitting, correctly? Are the doors the same between coupe and hardtop? I know glass is different, etc. I am speaking of door shells, only. Thanks.

the window is different but thats about it

I've been down this road.....for the door itself (excluding Chargers) the 68-70 doors will all fit. The 68 has the interior door lock knob at the back of the door & 69/70 have that knob closer to the center of the door...no other difference Plymouth/Dodge/Hardtop/Coupe/Convertible (one other tiny difference)….all the same. You're good to go with that 70 door...identical to your 69 (the door shell itself)

Doesn't the 70 also have some added reinforcement for side impact.

Amazingly, it looks just like a window crank mechanism.
Tell more please. You sound like you know something that I obviously don't know. I'm curious + I have a converted '68 hardtop door on my car now and I'm very concerned about safety stuff.
