I am going EFI on my '64 Belvedere wagon and will need to have a custom tank made. I would like some pics of a wagon tank to be able to send to shops to see if they have a template they can use. I am trying to avoid dropping my tank just for pictures. Does anyone have pictures of a tank?
Thanks

I will start by saying I know virtually nothing about this except I've modified a factory tank before....anyway, if it's a street/mild track card, I "think" you'd want to just modify the factory tank you have (or find another one & modify it). Maybe a factory aftermarket gas tank (if available) OR bite the bullet & and have your current tank modified and have the car down for a little bit?

If you need a fuel cell for a race car that's a different matter.

Been there, done that. Call Rick's Tanks in El Paso, TX. They have my wagon tank from a 63 Plymouth they used for a core to make my custom tank. Expensive and you will still need to figure out how to install the filler neck as I've not gotten that far yet. This fuel cell tank is about 7/8 the capacity of the original tank and you'll need to shim the sides and bottom where the strap holds it with 1/8"-1/4" thick masticated rubber (trucker mud flap material)

Thanks so much! I did reach out to them last month. This still mounts in stock location?

Ok, MRPLOWW. I just trolled your posts and saw your car in front of Vinsetta Garage on Woodward Ave back in 2015. There aren't that many wagons out there like yours. You are from Marysville, OH. Did that wagon belong to your father?

Yes it did belong to my father.
Do you remember selling the spare '63 361 2bbl engine (maybe from a C-body? maybe a Newport or 880?) your dad had in the garage? You sold it around 13 years ago to a guy driving a red 96 Dodge 2500 Cummins living in Detroit but the truck had California plates?
