I'm looking at adding AC to a non AC 71 road runner with a 383. Can anyone tell me all the parts I will need to convert the car?

You are wanting to add AC so it looks original, is that correct ? The blower motor area on the firewall is completely different. But the parts will be a heater box with the ac set up and then you'll need a dash with cut outs for the proper vents. You'll need the ac pump and appreciate motor pullys if yours doesn't have them. The hoses, the AC condenser, ac dryer and the heater control with AC controls, the different wiring. It would be easier to buy an after market set up or get ready to spend a lot for a complete factory setup.

If a factory system is too expensive. Would a classic auto or vintage air possibly hook up to a factory dash with ac inserts?
