I traded for this car and sorry to say I don't know a whole lot about it. I ran terrible when I got it, so I sent the carbs off to be rebuilt and now it runs great. Looks like the motor and tranny are recently rebuilt - motor block is not number matching, but period correct - maybe a warranty motor. Looks like intake and manifolds are original. I know the carbs are original. It has power steering and brakes which you don't see much. The wheels on it are some cragar looking mags but I have some 15 rally's with new rings and caps I'am going to put on. The paint on the car looks like it has just been resprayed, but they didn't do the jams or under the hood - the original paint is not bad. The interior is not bad - I am in the process of restoring the gauges - got the "clock working" and oil pressure working, and am running down temp and fuel gauge problems. Don't want to sell until everything is working and I know it runs down the road well.
I believe this car is fairly rare. It is a post car hard top and is a v code. I was told it's 1/60ish. Should be available mid November and am looking for an offer above 40K. Wouldn't sell it but have no room for it. Thanks for looking. Also going to have my Dart available soon - one has to go. I'll get some better pictures soon (and the fender tag).
