Horn Ring removal....Help Please!

Hello,
I am trying to remove the horn ring on my '65 Dodge Coronet 500. Can someone please tell me how to remove it?
I have posted a pic in hopes it might help.

That is correct...disconnect battery and push and twist...that way horn isn't going off when attempting to take it off.

Push in at 7 oclock position and twist counterclockwise.
