this kinda makes up for the ones on the '63 I bought new, I took them off to make fenderwell headers- gave them away. I had to pay more for these manifolds in 2018 than the superstock package cost in '63. the 426, auto trans, suregrip 3.91 rear end was a $700.00 option. not sure what people are doing today but my car came through with thin rubber floor mats with no backing-light weight. (Taxi can floor mats) surprised no one has remade those. does anyone have the rubber floor mats? not just place mats but same cut as the carpet- in rubber.

OK- but you drive a hard bargain. I was really surprised how nice they looked when I picked them up- bonus round -they did not charge me to do the work. the shop said the drew so much attention while there people came by just to see them. they had them quite a while, I was afraid they'd break one or they'd get stolen. but this is a small town of 3300 people or so. I also have this manifold to put on it. Edelbrock knock off of the mopar cross ram. Edelbrock makes the manifold with the carbs facing forward, I made the top to have them sit sideways like the SS engines. its very compact.

and it was -luck. an obscure ad in craigs list of --early mopar parts and manifolds, that peaked my interests. he has intake manifolds and 426 hemi engine not for sale just for show off.
