The panel that the top of the grille bolts to. Also has the spring and hood latch mounted on it. Don't necessarily need those. Can not be early 68. Prefer midwest location for shipping or pick up..........................MO
 
Im in atlanta I have one with slight damage to the center. Probably an easy fix. I can take a picture of it later its hanging in my shed.


I was thinking different part... Never mind.

Here is pics and measurements from an early 1968. Measured from the inside of the left fender to the right side of the safety catch hole is 24 1/2"

....From the center of the mounting bolt , to the right side of the safety catch D hole is almost 1 1/2"

...From the left side of the rectangular slot to the right side of the Safety catch D hole is just a little over 2" .. You can see the scratches on the right side of the safety catch D hole, where the safety catch latch in the hood just barely goes into the hole.

The later 1968 safety catch D hole would be a little further to the right in order that the hood safety catch latch would be a little more centered in the hole. I would say at least 1/4" maybe more.
What I need is that later 1968 header panel. 1969 is different where the grill fastens to it. Thanks ....................MO
