I see people like or agree on many posts. I don't seem to have that option. Do I need a certain number of posts before I can like or agree to a post ? What am I missing ?
 
Look down in the very lower right of the message box and you'll see a series of characters:

In order from left to right, the characters are "thanks", "like", "agree" and "disagree".
 
On a side note.. If you hit the disagree button. You are here by wrong and you will be persecuted and burned at the stake.
