Not sure if I'll keep these window handles or not. I just sat this rear panel in to see how it looks, still gotta put the clips on, plastic sheet and cord wx-stripping, etc...

I'm thinking about buying a stainless brake line kit. I want one that will be easy install and good quality. Where should I get one?

I'd stick with Ni-Terne coated steel lines. They have good corrosion resistance and the softer metal ensures a better likelihood of proper sealing at the fittings compared to hard stainless.

Got some more new items and for the first time I test fit both seats in place. Found out that the seats are a little different from each other. I bought them one at a time about 6 months apart., both from jegs and same part #. The one I have setup in the driver spot feels very uncomfortable. One of several things is the upper side shoulder pads don't fit my shoulders. I can't get my shoulders in between them., and the headrest is further back which doesn't feel good. But the passenger side feels all good, so I have to switch them.

Same seats I have, mine are both the same, my friend ordered the same part # as mine & his seats are a little smaller. ?

Thanks Charlie. Makes me feel a little less like I'm going crazy. So I have one big and one small, great. At least nobody will know until they sit in both of my seats. Now I have realized that my steering column is not straight., what next? The steering wheel was over to the left., why didn't I notice this stuff before now., lol.. I put some spacers behind one side of the steering box and loosened all the bolts holding the column, when I tightened the box the column moved over a tad. This kinda stuff is very annoying., but I guess I should expect it under the circumstances. Here's pics of the crooked column and steering wheel before and after.

I started putting the back seat delete parts in, and glued down some insulation. Hoping to get the carpet and roll bar in soon. In the 2nd pic I have my fingers in a gap between the A pillar and the A pillar inner plastic cover, is that gap suppose to be there? Seems like it will show when the windshield is in.

the rubber gasket will hide it

I'm not putting stock seat belts back in, for now. I'm putting the racing belts in and that will be one of the last things I buy for the car since they are dated., and attaching the laps to the stock spots and the shoulders to the roll bar. So for the pre-carpet install prep I'm doing like on the headliner prep and putting some short bolts in the stock belt attachment locations. Should be able to tell where they are thru the carpet hopefully. I'll leave out the bolts on the hump since they will be able to be poked thru from the bottom, I'll put a little seam seal in them.,
I put that (beep) on everything!

While I was thinking about the lap harness belts mount locations I moved the ones on the hump forward to be even with the outer ones. I think the factory/engineers had them back to make them work for bench seats as well as buckets. Fortunately I had not already welded on the inner belt mount plates that came uninstalled with the new floor.

I installed the new sun visors. And for now, I mounted the dimmer switch under the dash since the door bar floor mount did away with the spot where it should go, may do something else with it later.
