Hello all, I bought the car back in 2008 and just started restoring it about 18 months ago. I am going nuts trying to make everything original. It is the earliest known to exist 68 superbee out of the LA plant. I confirmed that the k member, body panels, mufflers, windshield wiper motor and even the proportioning valve are all dated correctly. The original engine was lost probably 35 years age if not the year it was born. Also, I found the owners manual where the original owner only put 3000 miles on it in the first year. It leads me to believe that this was a showroom car or something like that. If anyone knows this car, please let me know. Here are some pics.

Awesome work. You've been very, very busy.....and it looks like everything is paying off. Especially like the trick photography of your Bee doing a wheelee in photo # 3. Sorry, I can't help you with any of your questions....I am new around here. (just joined a few minutes ago). Just wanted to say Howdy, and that's a beautiful piece of work so far. Good luck. -Not Right

Thanks Not Right. That pic is when I installed the k member with the engine and tranny. That was a fun day.

Blue and white 68 Super Bee, just doesn’t get any better than that.

:welcome: from the foothills of NE Tennessee!
Oh man, you got me by the heartstrings with that beauty of a '68 Bee.
That model is my all-time favorite Mopar (I've had two of them over the years) and is still the only car I'd ever
trade my beloved GTX for.
Looking forward to following your progress!

Saweet, welcome from Ohio. Kinda partial to red/blk myself!

Great Super Bee!!! The colors are perfect. What is the date of manufacture? Also, what part of the state do you live? We have several members from AZ here.
