I need a hose from pop up neck to tank neck and it has to be bent specifically. Ideas?
Thanks everyone.

Nickel copper alloy, will bend any way you need it too by hand. Very strong, used on just about every modern vehicle

Hmm. I guess I was not clear. I need something to connect filler to tank filler. 1 5/8ths ID. I guess I will have to use rubber and steel pieces to get the correct angles etc.

Ahhhh, for some reason I was thinking running from engine compartment to fuel tank

maybe I will slice a hole in the gas lift support base and weld a down tube right through it at the correct angle. The attach the top of the tube to the filler neck hanging down from next to the trunk lid and the bottom end to the fill neck on my tank. That will give me a custom look and a little flex at both ends.

The 3/8ths fuel line I bought has this flared ends for hose connection. The tank has AN fittings. So I guess I will need the correct size -8 AN Fuel Pickup, Rollover Vent & Fuel Return fittings.

So, of the three -8AN fittings sticking up, which one is the roll over vent? Or are they all the same and it doesn't matter? Stupid questions, I know.

You can use marine USCG fuel fill hose.

It comes in 1-5/8” ID and is rated for gasoline and ethanol.

Okay, I read through an 8 part series about AN fittings and fuel plumbing. I know more now. I'm guessing I will have to pull the large tank neck plate off so I can see inside there and determine fuel pick up and roll over installation.

How long is the threaded neck protruding from the tank ? - supply IN pipe that is.

You may need an adaptor fitting on the tank, then go flexible....or have a piece bent up at your local exhaust shop - for my truck, I had the Exhaust Shop fabricate the tube...very nice job too.

All one piece from filler neck flange to the entry tube for the tank.
44mm OD tubing, and 44mm ID flexible between filler pipe and tank neck - the gap ended up being approximately 1/4" (6mm) when fitted. Used double hoes clamps at 180 degrees on both sides of the joint. No leaky now, and an easy fast fill.

If you ever decide to run at a track, you’ll fail tech due to not having a “firewall” between the tank and cabin.

Now if you mount it under the car in between the frame rails, your good.

Just an FYI for ya.

Don’t forget the speaker holes also.

HI Ghost, the three AN- male fittings on your tank are outlet, return, vent. If you poke a screwdriver down the center of each fitting one of them should have a Ball bearing (check valve/roll over valve ) if not you can buy one that mounts to your trunk floor bulk head style , or one with a AN- Female to male end that will mate up with the existing tank fitting and then vent outside the trunk.

2, bulkhead style to existing fitting in tank.

AN- hose fittings are easy to connect to steel braided line
