Are you self trained/ been building for awhile, or do you do cars for a living? Looks great wish I had the skills, shop, and tools to take mine down to the bones and fix all the little things. Maybe in time everyday is a good day to learn!!

My dad has owned a small metal fab shop since I was about 10 years old so I've grown up around it. But this car is being built with a lot of help from others as my job and family eats up the majority of my time!

Wow, nice metal work. Wish I had those skills. I pay premiums to avoid as much rust as I can hah. Digging the cut through exhaust. Not for me, but awesome work. How big of rear rubber you planning?

Some old school mopar guys won't like the build because it will be pretty low and have "big" wheels, but I'm the one who has to live with it so that's okay!

I don't know if you watch any of the Mecum or Barrett Jackson auctions, but so called Restomods bring big money. I hate to say it, but a lot of us are getting up there in age, and driving a 4 speed, manual steering, manual brakes no frills stop light racer isn't as easy as it used to be. I changed the color of my car from black to bronze, and I am sure a lot of people wouldn't like that. Besides, I have learned that a lot of those criticizers don't even seem to have a car of their own. Keep up the progress, looks great.

Not 100% sure just yet but I'm looking at toyo proxes 345/30ZR19 which are about 14" wide.

Dang, makes me miss the one I had even more now...
Keep thrashin bud, gonna be fun when done

Are you at all worried about weakening the spots in front of the spring relocation frame pieces where your pipes go through the frame?

It looks plenty strong to me. Solid weld around the perimeter of the round tube. Nice!

Bet that thing will howl when throttled up. Definitely a fabricator with that quality of work.
