hi everyone,i want to install a bake booster on my 64 belvedere i want to know the rod distance from the booster or firewall to the pedal hole and i want to see some original brake booster pictures with the rod,,,,thank you

Tell you what. It's not that simple. The brake pedal is different. And so is the mounting plate on the firewall. And I remember something about a bellcrank between the pedal and the pushrods. I have a 64 plymouth myself. It used to have a booster,a long time ago. I didn't change the pedal or the plate and it took a while before I was able to get thing's working properly again.

i want to install this booster model it will accept the 1988 diplomat police pack master cylinder and i will put an adjustable rod so i just need to know the total rod lengt,,,

When installing that generic booster on a car with manual brakes, you might encounter a problem with the pedal ratio. As mentioned, the pedals and even the pedal bracket are different between manual/power brakes. You can probably modify the existing firewall plate to accept that booster but the pedal ratio will be wrong.

I installed an original booster on my 64 Belvedere. I used the same brake pedal and it had two holes one for manual brakes and one for power brakes. The plate was changed to fit the booster location as original. I have found two different brake pedal lengths on cars that I have taken power boosters off. Both have two holes for brake rods. The big difference is in the brackets. One the pivot it higher. Picture of 64 booster included.

I would think the lower hole as the booster needs less mechanical advantage than the manual brakes.

Lower hole. What I do not like was the powers brake pedal position. It is about the height of accelerator pedal. I changed mine to get the height higher.

I did some digging in my parts and took pictures of both brake pedals I have found on a 64. One bracket with extra part on top that I have found with power brake booster cars and only one hole for brake rod .The other came off a car with manual brakes but it has two holes one for manual location and one for power location. Parts book shows two separate number for both power brake bracket and pedal. I have the manual
