We getting closer to being done the rear steel, when I bought the car the Quarter skins were overlapped, drop offs 2 piece trunk, rear half rails, outer wheel wells etc were all tacked in place. Countless hours removing everything measuring sand blasting drilling and welding shes starting to look good. I bought the car sight unseen so I knew there would be some surprises. The single stage green blends in fine with the rest of the under body.

Lesson learned, next time I'll be more careful before I buy. But all in all still was a decent deal. If I had to farm out this work instead of doing it myself it would be a different story.

Looks good need some before pictures
Thats the thing lol, it was all painted so doesn't look that different, just a couple hundred more spot welds. Shows how easily someone can be fooled. there were maybe 20 tacks holding the complete rear. Here is a before from 3rd past owner. You can see in the pic below 2 of the tacks on the rail holding the trunk pan.
