I need to replace the weatherstrip that mount between the front windows and the rear windows. Do I need to remove the door panels? Or can the chrome strip that holds the weatherstrip, just be pulled up?

I over muscle things and tend to break things that should otherwise be finessed ....

I'm trying to avoid that :)

thanks

No need to remove the door panels to replace the quarter glass seals. Just roll the glass all the way up. Remove the old ones and use something like a wax and grease remover chemical to wipe the channel clean. Paying attention to the seals, as there is a left and right, just position them in place and tuck the tabs of the extrusion under the lips of the stainless trim, working from the top to the bottom. You may want to apply a very thin coat of a weatherstrip adhesive to help keep the seals in place. You will only need a very thin film. No need to use any overly abundance of force to install them.
