Loved seeing this car there:
Not sure how they did it, but it looks like it's just brushed steel, smoothed and then clear coated. I like the look of it.I dig it too. Wonder how they finished the bumpers?
Nice to see the Mopar guys finally started getting their act together with late model Hemi swaps.
I think I used to be that way about classic cars, but driving with drum brakes and antique suspension made me park the car more often. Now that I'm running a modern suspension/brakes/overdrive transmission... I'm more inclined to drive the car on long trips... like Vegas and back (4.5-5 hours each way). But if it's a Super Bee or something rare/collectible... I wouldn't do the mods.Late model engines, transmissions, brakes and steering in old cars turns me straight off. I walk right past that stuff along with the PT Cruisers and new Chrysler 300's with giant wheels.....
However, glad you enjoyed it, and hopefully you enjoyed the whole show. Lots of cool stuff to look at there. That's for sure. Enough stuff there to get you really excited and motivated to work on your own stuff. At least it is for me.
not my cup of tea. but someone will dig it.
