Oak island

I watch it too. Find it very interesting whether they find a big treasure or not.
 
Pretty soon that island’s gonna sink from all the extra machinery on top,lol.
 
I watch it religiously but my big complaint is all the repetition, if they'd just deal with what's going on now, they could shorten the show to 20 minutes.
 
I find the show interesting. I like the historical aspect of it. The templars were doing things everywhere and to see they "might have" used that island for storage of something significant is amazing. It would be great if the show were to find lost items the templars were hiding.

The first season was interesting. Then the show started to lose its luster and was repetitive. Last year was great with the artifacts found. This year seems to have something going for it. The more partners they add, the more money can be thrown to figure things out.

I like watching the show but....i noticed near the end of last night episode. The round stone they found in lot 21. The soil was spaded .Turned over then re covered .You could see the cut from the spade .only to be surprized what was found .when staging of items starts. Thatbwhen I stop watching . I like the guy with the metal detector though. He has a passion for his task .He seemsbreally knowledgable seems to just make the whole show come to life .
 
I have never seen the show. But from the responses on this topic it looks like -If I tuned in now- it would be way early.

Would not finding the "holy grail" kill the soap opera?-Just asking?
 
In the world of TV reality, how does the viewer really know what is really real?
No doubt it is edited to keep the viewer interested. And I doubt that money spent on the " search" is any longer an issue. IMO It is no longer coming out of the brothers pocket . If it is all scripted these amature actors are dam good or one hell of a director. I have extra interest, because I read the same Readers Digest story back then, that the brothers did , and have always wondered about it........
Whatever the case, I find the show very entertaining, And I am not going to miss any episode. Much better than most of the dumb *** " car shows" ............MO
