I did a search on FBBO , but the info I found is old .
Info please on source to upgrade my AM ( looks nice) to AM/FM and fixing the tuner? Might like to have more power and front- rear fader. I would consider a new replacement if it looks near stock and fits right. Thanks.............................MO

Well, you probably know about the look-alike modern/new units out there that are all Mp3/Bluetooth/Power Nose Picker-y
that sell for hundreds of bucks and sort of look like the originals.
There is also a fellow that's been on eBay for years who does conversions of the originals.
There's also these folks:

Pretty cool details on that page of how they do what they do with conversions.

Call Rick, great guy and finished product works awesome. Great power output and sound quality. He's done both my thumbwheel radios and several buddies as well. I have am/fm/ Bluetooth/ usb/aux on both of mine. Absolutely no regrets and worth every penny. Modern sound with factory looks ! One of my buddies had the radio done in his 64 dart, said it sounds way better than the pioneer he previously had in there ....

X2 on Wards. He did mine and you'd never know it's not OEM. But has all the new stuff.
