I Had My Frame Sandblasted and A Local Body Shop Put It Into Epoxy Primer A Few Days Ago. Just Wondering How I Go about Prepping The Primer For a Top Coat Of Black Paint. Thank You

Generally, you have a 7 day window to cover epoxy with no additional prep.
After 7 days you have to sand it before you put anything over it.

You will need to find out what brand your shop sprayed and get the sheet on that product. I'm using PPG epoxy right now on my current project. With that, there is a 72 hour window where paint can be applied over it without scuffing. I also have some Southern Polyurethane epoxy which has a 7 day window.
If you have to scuff it, make sure you do a good job and get all the gloss off. Otherwise you may have adhesion issues.

I think I used the Autobahn 1:1 epoxy on mine, IIRC it was a 48hr window. Otherwise you need to scuff it with a scotch brite pad and tack off before shooting anything else.

sorry to hi jack but is epoxy primer hard to sand?

You don't need to "sand" it. As previously mentioned at least a couple times, it only needs to be scuffed to remove the gloss. And fortunately scotchbrite pads are much more flexible than sandpaper - to get into all the nooks and crannies on the underside of a car.

Everybody pretty well covered the bases, I do prefer to topcoat asap rather than later though for a better bond. As mentioned scotchbrite pads are far easier to prep with, I use the more coarse one.. typically Red in color.

Play it safe and hit it with the Scotchbrite. Better than having to re-do it.

The primer is not perfectly flat and does have a glaze after its flash time. The scotchbrite will knock down any "bumps" or roughness and give a little "tooth: for the next coat. You will feel the difference in before and after.
