5.7 Top End Clatter

I removed the passenger valve cover and all the intake rockers are loose and move front to rear on the shaft against the pedestal. It seems like the push-rods are all a hair too short. The push-rods and rockers are all bouncing around. I found the problem, now need to figure out the fix. Are there supposed to be retainers keeping the rockers from moving laterally on the shaft? Some pictures show them and some don't, mine has none.

A call out to your builder should get it figured out, I have no idea I’ve never had the covers off my 6.1
