any ideas, recommendations not from over seas.thanks

Do it once and be done with it, especially if you're running a stick! Mine have been on there since 1979! Solid steel and have never looked back.

I installed mity mounts on my coronet RT last year.
Top notch product. I’ve given the car roughly 50 full throttle 1-2 shifts and the mounts are still perfect.
Plus, they maintain a stock appearance, as opposed to chains and turnbuckles in the engine compartment.

Yup, Moroso steel on both sides since mid 70’s...Don’t know if still made or not.

Bought them at the "Speed shop" in Perth (Ontario). No idea what brand but got tired of after 2 clutch dumps on stock mounts needing a chain to keep the engine from lifting the hood !

I've had good luck with the Schumacher Poly-Locs. Nothing wrong with the solid mounts. I just got tired of all the vibration with them. However, I do install the torque (Schumacher) strap when I go the track.

Schumacher Interlockers. Smooth. Reliable.
