hey guys, getting ready to put a Dana in my 64 Plymouth and I'll be needing to sell the 8 3/4 in it now to fund some of the Dana.
So, I'm curious what I could expect to get for a complete 65 8 3/4 with stock, non-tapered axles, 10" brakes and a 489 case 3.23 sure grip. Thanks in advance for the advice!

In Pasadena, CA - Well I have seen housings go between $100-$250 in the inland empire - throw in axles and brakes with it - figure $350 - third member would be between $500-$600. So in total I would say $1000 is a reasonable asking price but expect people to talk you down.

The way it always works out for me is the guy who wants the rear doesn't want that gear ratio...You may be better off to sell the rear with axles...backing plates and drums...then sell the pig...
Its also a perfect rear end for in a 70 up Duster for someone doing a big bolt conversion...
I'd think around here all of the money for that would be between 7-800 depending on how nice everything is...
