has anybody bought and/or used the so-called Laser descaler, rust remover, paint remover that has been advertising on Facebook? I'm pretty sure its a scam,...but who knows??

My younger brother just asked me about this. Said he saw them on Amazon. I showed him this video of a industrial one and asked if he thinks it's the same thing. I hardly think so.

Notice the picture of the large unit that is used to power it, in the beginning of the video.

I've seen them advertised for $50K. I'll wait till the price drops a little before I buy. That is an amazing machine!

I saw a video of one stripping rust and instantly wanted one although that video makes me not really want one, taking an awful long time to strip a pillar! This will be a real game changer if it ever becomes economical for the average Joe. Love technology!

Hate to pay the electric bill lol

That laser is cool, but I am wondering what kind of fumes does it emit. I don't see the tech wearing a respirator mask, but I assume that the laser is "burning" off the paint and primer. Can that be safe to breathe in?

I'll better wait for this sometime, in the future in a galaxy far far away
