My "crew" loading me up to go Match Racing in 1966

How do you guys like my state of the art Single Axle Trailer...
and my "winch" was my 5 buddies pushing the car up on the trailer.
Also...notice the front fender graphics...
"WORLD'S WILDEST WEDGE"....I think I was the only moron in the United States running a Wedge Motor against ALL of the HEMI cars ( ps: Back then I didn't stand a chance against a Hemi...unless he was on gasoline and carburetors and I was running my Hilborns on NitroMethane and then I could do alright...but....within a short while ALL of the Hemi Match Race Cars converted to Hilborns on Nitro. Not too long after that Gary Dyer who drove Mr. Norms 1965 Grand Spaulding Dodge Hemi Match Race Car put a 671 Blower on his motor and that changed everything.

Mike you should ask Kiwi to create a sticky thread and have all your vintage pictures in one thread...

I thoroughly enjoy and save the ones you post!

Mike Thanks for sharing these photos and all your stories you lived and raced in the best years please keep them coming

This is a friend of mine Hemi powered Vett that was running back in your early racing days, he sold it in 1980. Thought y'all might like it.
